Log in to your attendee portal and navigate to Event Passes. From there you can download your receipt and your registration confirmation.

Yes. You can find a certificate of attendance in your attendee portal. The certificate of attendance confirms your attendance at the event and provides a list of sessions attended.

If AWS receives your cancellation notice by Oct 17, 2025, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.

Yes. Keynotes, Innovation Talks, and breakout sessions will be recorded and posted on the AWS Events YouTube within 24-48 hours.

Yes. Slide decks for select sessions will be available within a few weeks after the event on the AWS Events Content site.

After the event, all unclaimed items are turned into venue security. Please contact the venue directly to inquire about a lost item.
